I decided that I wanted something that would ride a little smoother on the road. I drive a lot, and here in Idaho roads aren't that great to begin with. You know what they say, "Famous Potholes" oh that is supposed to be potatoes.

In my infinite wisdom I decided that I could make a Long arm kit for cheaper than buying one. It would also be much stronger than the one option that was available at the time.

My basis of my design was to build a steel sub-frame connect it to the uni-body and then connect the arms to the subframe.
